I’ve been working with Alex since January, and in just a few months, I’ve made some of the most significant progress in my journey so far. While I had prior experience with macro tracking, I had become inconsistent and knew I needed accountability to stay on track. This most recent experience has completely shifted my mindset—from chasing short-term goals to focusing on long-term sustainability.
I’ve moved away from obsessing over the scale and started paying more attention to my performance in the gym, improvements in running, working heart rate, better sleep, and overall energy levels. The program has taught me how to make smarter nutritional choices without feeling limited or restricted. I now feel confident eating out, planning for vacations, and navigating events without stress or guilt.
Although many of my meals look similar week to week, I’ve found ways to include variety through new recipes and even enjoy most of my favorite foods—yes, including chocolate! My relationship with food has improved dramatically, and I finally feel in control in a way that’s sustainable and empowering.
