Hi, I’m Meg!

I’ve been active for as long as I can remember, starting sports at just three years old. Growing up, I played tennis and basketball through high school and developed a love for pairing my sports with strength training.

When I got to college, I stayed active but missed the competitive atmosphere that sports provided. That’s when I found CrossFit while pursuing my Master’s degrees in Kinesiology and Counseling. I fell in love with the sport and began competing in local competitions just for fun.

For years, I thought I was eating “healthy,” but I didn’t truly understand what my body needed. After years of dieting and calorie restriction, I became curious about how eating for performance could improve my CrossFit experience. As a mother of two, I also became passionate about helping postpartum women nourish their bodies so they can enjoy motherhood with energy and confidence.

When I joined WAG, my coach helped me realize that food is truly fuel for life. Once I dialed in my nutrition, I not only hit more PRs in the gym but also began fully enjoying life outside of CrossFit.

I became a WAG coach because I’m passionate about sharing these positive experiences with others. Nutrition coaching allows me to combine my love for health and fitness with my desire to help people feel their best.

These days, I stay active through CrossFit, running, boxing, and surfing. In my spare time, you’ll find me reading, cooking, and spending time with my husband and our two kids.
