Bircher muesli is the king of all breakfast muesli dishes (in my opinion). It has a satisfying texture, a nice sweet taste (thanks to the grated apple) and it’s great for digestion.

Today's recipe is from one of my all-time favorite recipes passed to me from Ashleigh Hubbard, a fellow Team WAG member. She shared this recipe a few weeks ago for protein cheesecake that we had to share. It is super macro-friendly and such a treat for dessert.
