What I'm Loving Right Now - Fitness and Nutrition Staples from a Registered Dietitian

As a registered dietitian, I spend a lot of time talking about the fundamentals. Consistency, awareness, simple habits done well. And while none of those require fancy gadgets or trendy products, I’ll be honest: there are a handful of things in my kitchen and gym right now that are making life a whole lot easier (and more fun).

This season, I’ve really been leaning into tools that support real-life. Quick meals between calls, high-protein options that don’t feel boring, and fitness staples that help me stay consistent even on busy days. These aren’t magic solutions, and they’re definitely not required,  but they are things I’m genuinely using on repeat.
